She earned a double BA in Accountancy and Business Management and has since become a trusted advisor across various industries, from Hollywood animation studios to restaurants, entertainment, mental health practices, non-profits, and private trading firms.
Dee has held key roles building and managing finance departments for high-profile organizations, including Pure Imagination Studios, one of Hollywood's leading animation companies. She brings that same institutional rigor to the entrepreneurs and small-to-medium businesses she now serves through Ford Firm.
Despite being qualified to acquire her CPA license, Dee has chosen to channel her energy towards her true passion - nurturing and empowering the growth of small to medium businesses within the private sector. This dedication led her to found Ford Firm in 2020, with its headquarters situated in the city of Los Angeles, California.
